Petra L. officially ex VROM employee and confirmed personal contact of Mr. Pronk during and after the period of her employment at VROM. Petra L. further was connected to the FOK in which she acted as a BVD mole. At this time the exact circumstances of her recrutement are not fully know.

Volkert van de G. was and for all intends and purposes is a BVD mole assigned to an infiltration role within the Dutch Eco-scene. The circumstances of his recrutement date back to an earlier murder case, in which he was temporarlily implicated after the 6th of May. Soon after the connection was denied by the Justice Department. Factual is that VdG. was the killer in this case and was identified by the BVD. However not by Law Enforcement while the BVD did not pass on the information. Instead VdG. was recruted and assigned to the same CO who handled Petra L. (PL) as well.

The relation VdG PL was manipulated by their CO without their knowledge at a later stage for reasons of handling.

PL. remained a personal contact of Mr. Pronk until as late as 05-05-2002 which was confirmed by an intercepted telephone contact between PL. and Mr. Pronk. The contents of this telephone conversation, which will be released at a later stage, leave little doubt as to Mr. Pronk having had pre-knowledge of the May 6th events.

The reasons for VdG to have been selected as a secundary hitman in the May 6th killing of Pim Fortuyn were (a) his eco-connections which would proof opportune for the case he would be arrested (b) the aspect of VdG. and PL as operatives handled by the same CO would allow for the construction of an effective cover story for the intended situation where VdG. would have extracted from the murder scene.

Operational planning was based on the assumption that VdG. as the secondary hitman would be able to extract himself from the murder scene, however draw all attention of witnesses on himself, allowing for the primary hitman to be extracted and helped out of the country. When due to circumstances at the scene, the very fact that Pim Fortuyn's driver at that time kept following VdG, an arrest became unavoidable and alternate plan became activated.

Pl got tipped off by a co-conspirator with the GL of the VdG. arrest.
Evidence against VdG was planted in his car and later after PL had been brought into an protected environment, in his house as well.

PL placed under protection was instructed about the further course of events involving efforts to cause a mis-trial in the case against VdG. So nothing to worry about as long as both she and VdG would maintain silence.

Prior to the second search of the VdG's home, materials were planted which subsequently during the second search were retreived and identified as raw materials for explosives.

Witnesses in Harderwijk and in particular the street where VdG resided can confirm nightly exploits by un-identified law-enforcement and/or spooks in and arround the VdG home

The reasons for the second search and the later arrest (with her consent and pre-knowledge of it to be for a very short period) was nothing more as a deception for public consumption.

Additionally I would urge you to go back into your memory of the murder scene and the exact moment of the first two shots, think about the movements VdG made at the time you first saw him, the degree to which he lacked control and seemed confused about his surroundings.

Factually those two first shots where fired from the roof of the energy center by another highly trained hitman, who was hired in from an Syrian operator close to Manzur al Kazar, who acted as the primary gunman and was assisted out of the country within two hours after the event.

It should be possible to find witnesses who noticed a dark blue governmental BMW travelling from Hilversum into the direction of Schiphol Airport.
