Chronology in terrorism[1]

Everybody needs security. More and more security. By politics and policy we try to get that more security: materially and mentally: more money, more life, even after death.

Who can assure that best?

Multinational enterprises on material and mental field: multinational business and multinational religions.

For both politics is not an end - it is the mean that justifies the end, the profit.

Only Fascism, Nazism, and 'communism' and some other similar institutions are considered as terrorist dictatorship.

Capitalism is sold as the guaranty of Freedom - while Fascism and Nazism were capitalistic dictatorships.

The terrorism of the multinationals, which exploit and colonize countries and peoples all over the world, is not in the spot. But there are exceptions. Since Karl Marx had already clarified the facts.

The main target in politics = economy = business = to make profit.

This profit is in today's world not imaginable without petroleum. This petroleum has to be transported from its sources till 'free' harbours. That needs pipelines. Especially for the petroleum from the USSR, the new old allied of the USA.

One has to be led from Russia through Afghanistan to Pakistan.

On the other hand, Iraq, governed by damned Saddam Hussein, unfortunately not completely beaten by the Gulf-War, is still a problem for the USA.

These problems have to be resolved.

For that, a pipeline of terrorism had to be constructed.

The French author Thierry Meyssan, investigation journalist, has published two books this year 2002, in March and June. The titles are (translated): September 11^th 2001 - The frightful imposture. Not any airplane has crashed on the Pentagon! - and The Pentagate.

We made a summary of the most revealing facts.

To begin we have to remember that in 1945 has been founded the Rand Corporation, Research and Development of Research for America's National Defence. The chief of staff of the USAAF, the American general Arnold was appointed as its leader, general Le May as assistant.

RAND is a prospective study group, a reservoir of ideas to the benefit of the USAAF. The first study, in March 1946, concerns an artificial satellite. Rand is established in Santa Monica, near Douglas Aircraft Company.

In November '48 RAND becomes independent. Its collaborators, between more the German specialist Werner Von Braun and his colleagues, are naturalized as American citizen in April 1955. We will find back Rand further, I, 2001.

1960. Certain members of the American General Staff project and agree with the organization of attacks on the national soil. Following James Bamford in his book Body of secrets.

1961. Eisenhower, President of the Unites States of America, during WW II Commander in Chief of the Allied Military Forces, seems sceptical and suspicious.

He declares in his speech of end of his mandate: In the Councils of the Government, we have to be careful to the acquisition of an illegitimate influence, should it be researched or not by the military-industrial complex.

The risk of a disastrous development of a usurped power exists and will persist.

We must never let menace the burden of that conjunction our liberties or the democratic processes. We must consider nothing as acquired.

Only vigilance and a citizen conscience guaranty the balance between the influence of the gigantic industrial and military machinery of defence and our methods and our pacific aims, so that the security and freedom can grow together." So warned Eisenhower in 1961…

1979. The Saudi Prince Turki al-Fayçal al-Saud (director of the Saudi secret services from 1977 till August 2001) asks as his guardian the Saudi businessman Ussama Bin Laden in December 1979 to work with him. Bin Laden becomes the financial manager of the secret operations of the CIA in Afghanistan. That will continue till august 2001.

The Carlyle Group, bush-bush in the American Jungle.

1987. The Carlyle Group is founded.

In 1990 the Carlyle Group is concerned in an affair of extortion of money. "A lobbyist of the Republican Party, Wayne Berman, had extorted pension funds to finance the election campaigns of the Texan cowboy Buffalo Bush; one of those funds had accepted to give a million dollar to the Carlyle Group to obtain a public contract in Connecticut. That managing fund is presided by Frank C. Carlucci (former adjunct-director of the CIA, later secretary at Defence). He is advised by James A. Baker III (former-cabinet chief of president Reagan, later secretary at the State treasury, finally States secretary under Georges Bush-father. To represent it in the foreign countries the Carlyle Group has the help of John Major (British former-Prime Minister) and Georges Bush-father (former-director of the CIA, after that president of the United States).

"Indeed, Georges W. Bush has hid personal fortune from the good affairs he realized at the head of Harken Energy Corporation (earlier named Arbusto). That small Texan petroleum enterprise got petroleum-concessions from Bahrain, negotiated as retro commission for the American-Kuwaiti contracts by president Bush-father. Operation that was what is to say illegal. Khaled Ben Mahfoez was stockholder of Harken on the height of 11,5 %. His shares were 'born' by one of his having of full powers, Abdullah Taha Bakhsh. The Bank of Credit and Commerce International (BCCI) was a Anglo-Pakistani enterprise", represented in 73 countries. Three families together were the owner: Gokal (Pakistan), Ben Mahfoez (Saudi-Arabia) and Geith Pharaon (Abu Dhabi)."

The BCCI is also concerns in the smuggling of weapons of the Syrian trader Sarkis Sarkenalian, in the Keatinga-scandal in the USA, in the affairs of the trader Marc Rich, in the financing of the Abu Nidal Group, etc. Finally the bank came to grief when was determined that it whitewashed also the money of the Cartel of Medellin. It duped a million little investors when it closed its doors."

"The fact that the BCCI has could been manipulated, if not created, by the CIA, has not to wonder. There exists a long bank-tradition in the American secret services since the foundation of the OSS by the jurists of affairs and the stockbrokers of Wall Street. Two former-directors of the CIA, Richard Helms and William Casey, have worked for the BCCI, like also two prestigious influence-agents of the CIA, Blz. 127. Adnan Khashoggi (representative of Saudi Binladen Group in the USA) and Manucher Ghobanifar (principal trader of the Irangate). Without speaking about Kamal Adham (brother in law of the King Fayçal and the chef of the Saudi secret services till in 1977), about the Prince Turki al-Fayçal al-Saud (chief of the Saudi secret services from 1977 till August 2001 and supervising guard of Ussama Bin Laden) and about Abdul Rauf Khalil (assistant-director of the Saudi secret services)."

Today the Carlyle Group is managing 12 milliard dollars. It keeps majority interests in Seven Up,[2] Cadbury Schweppes), Federal Data Corporation (which for example has equipped the Federal Aviation Administration with its system of survey of civilian air traffic) and United Defense Industries Inc. (the most important supplier of the American, Turkish and Saudi Armies). Via the enterprises it is controlling, the Carlyle Group comes on the 11^th rank of the American armaments enterprises." [3]

"Till 1996 the foundation of the branches SBG were prepared by its advisor, the Nazi-banker François Genoud, testamentary executor of Dr. Goebbels and Maecenas of the terrorist Carlos."

Pipeline greasing

In the project for the pipeline which has to connect the Caspian See with the Indian Ocean the firm UNOCAL is concerned, with the help of Delta Oil [4]. The problem is that it "not only has to go through Pakistan, but also through Afghanistan that is to prey to an infighting since every form of State had disappeared there after the Soviet-collapse."

In December 1997 UNOCAL has to interrupt its project against the incomprehension of the Taliban. All attempts of deblocking are since than got stuck, however the vice-president of the (petroleum-)firm, John J. Maresca had been appointed as ambassador of the United States in Afghanistan. 

So one can observe that not any reasonable effort has been spared.

Elected

On January 20^th 2001 George W. Bush, a sun of his father, swears, and becomes president van de USA. He installs in the White House, the white man on the white place.

Bush is the Republican President of the United States of America, after possibly tricky elections against his de-voted Democratic opponent Gore.

The Christian magazines, the radios and televisions show Bush praying while the preachers on chair qualify his leadership as act of the Providence. Other 'protestant' religious conservatism, and fundamentalism, is supporting president Bush - the Zionist lobby. This is even maybe dominating his politics.[6]

"When George W. Bush arrived in the White House he has composed his governments staff with the big servants of the petroleum-lobby. So the national advisor of security, Condoleezza Rice is a former leader of the Chevron-Texaco[7], or the secretary of Interior Affairs Gale Norton who represented the interests of BP-Amoco and those of the Saudi enterprise Delta Oil.

From January 29^th 2001 vice-president Dick Cheney - former president of Halliburton[8] (the first petroleum-equipment supplier of the world) - has established the Group of development of the national energy producing politics (NEPD). Its meetings are ultra-securised, the list of the participants is a States secret and it is forbidden to fix in writing the minutes of the discussions. All what concerns him is mysterious that the Washington Post qualifies him quickly as 'a kind of secret community'.[9] (Doesn't that think on the Bilderberg Group?)

The American Defence is a private business

January 11th 2001: A 'Commission for evaluation and organization and the planning of the security of the United States on the field of space' has been established: the Rumsfeld Commission.

The Rumsfeld Commission is reporting "some days before its president, the honourable Donald Rumsfeld, will be secretary of Defence in the government Bush and leaves his seat in the Board of in the Rand Corporation (Research and Development of Research for America's National Defence). Eight of its twelve members were retired generals. All were supporters of the 'anti-missiles shield'."

Here we find back the Rand Corporation. "With a budget of 160 million dollar Rand Corporation is the most important private-research centre on the field of military and strategic organization in the world. "It is the prestigious expression of the American military-industrial lobby".

James Thomson is president of Rand Corporation. Between its managers are Ann McLaughin Korologos (former president of the Aspen Institute), Franck Carlucci (president of the Carlyle Group), Condoleezza Rice and Donald Rumsfeld ware its managers as far as their official functions them permitted it. Zalmay Khalilzad was there analyst.

The Carlyle Group is managing the financial affairs of the Saudi Binladen Group. Since December 1979 and till august 2001 Ussama Bin Laden is financial manager of the secret operations of the CIA in Afghanistan.

March 2001. Bruce Hoffman, vice-president of the Rand Corporation, one of the most appreciated experts, is speaking. In a conference published by the US Air Force Academy in past March (2001) (that will mean six months before the attacks Hoffman declares:[10] in a meeting with officers of the US Air Force: "we try to prepare our weapons against Al-Quaida, the organization - or maybe the movement - associated to Bin Laden /…/ Think a moment of what was the attack against the World Trade Center, in 1993. Now, realize that it is possible to let fall the Northern tower on the Southern and kill 60 000 people /…/ They will find other weapons, other tactics and other means to reach their targets. They have an evident choice of weapons, of which drones (remote controlled airplanes)". "What a foreknowledge, isn't it."[11] Hoffman later declares to the Chamber of Representatives "that by their extensiveness, the attacks were unimaginable".

The Rumsfeld commission is working 32 days "on the research of arguments which justify a posteriori the common conviction of its members."

"For the 'Commission Rumsfeld' the space is a military field comparable to the earth, the air and the see. It must have at its disposal its own Army, Air Force and Navy. The United States must occupy that field and obstruct every other power to install itself there. Thanks to this asymmetry of means their military dominance will be indisputable and unlimited."[12]

So are the affairs. So is looking our future.

All what the Americans will do from now on; will fit together in this dictatorial purpose.

Everything will be done to maintain the nervous situation with new invented possibilities for attacks. If need be by realizing them, like will be demonstrated in the disaster of the Twin Towers.

That all in the purpose to have and to maintain at its disposal money for the supplying multinationals.

The Dutch House of Orange naturally joins in.

The diplomat Marc Bastien is assassinated (needs more research). The American Delmart Vreeland, former intelligence officer of the US Navy, who had tried tot inform the Canadian secret services about the attacks to come, is put in jail.

Pipeline greasing 2

Sometimes politics try to hit targets by a roundabout.

May 2001.George W. Bush accords 43 million dollar to the Taliban for the war against drugs. [13]

Other negotiations are going on.

Like is already mentioned: the Taliban tried to negotiate their international recognition against the passageway of the pipeline from the Caspian See to Pakistan.

Thereabout can be no question, because the UNO does recognise no other government "than that of the vague president Rabanni" - they break of the negotiations. Following the Pakistani diplomat Niaz, the American delegation is from now menacing.

Middle of July. The American delegation announces, "that the dispute will be arranged by the weapons."[14]

"The United States foresee to eliminate the principal leaders of the rebellious parties, whether it concerns the mullah Omar or the major Massud (whose anti-Americanism is proverbial), and to replace them by a puppet government. It will rear an apparent legibility from the ointment of the ex-King Zaher Shah, old forgotten monarch who is spending his life in exile in Rome."

July 17^th, "the big powers give their agreement to that plan by the special Mission of the United nations for Afghanistan, led by Frances Vendrell. They have also mentioned the utility to reinforce the dialogue with Pakistan. The above, one should naturally also have to reflect upon what was supposed to become) the reconstruction of Afghanistan, once the conflict ended (sic)'.

So the destruction and the reconstruction of Afghanistan ate already foreseen in July 2001!

The negotiations are continued in London, than in Geneva under covering of the Business Humanitarian Forum (sic) of which the budget is greasy overflowed by UNOCAL, with the help of Delta Oil[15], but with different objectives and guests (whereunder the Japanese who hope on the petroleum sources of the Caucasus.

Pretexts have to be found, and will be found…

In the morning the Secret Service receives a phone-call of their silent partners of the attack, probably to set their requirements. To credit their call, the attackers have revealed the secret codes of transmission and authentification of the presidency. Now, only some persons of confidence, situated on the top of the apparatus of the State could have at his disposal those codes. Consequently at least one of the silent partners of the attacks of September 11^th is one of those rulers, civil or military, of the United States of America. To credit the tale of the Islamic terrorists, the American authorities have imagined kamikazes."

             Secret Service establishes direct line to FAA, says Cheney.

"From the first minutes which followed the first attack against the World Trade Center, the officials have suggested to the press that the silent partner of it was Ussama Bin Laden, the paradigm of fanaticism. Little later, the whole new director of the FBI, Robert Mueller III, has namely accused nineteen kamikazes and had requisitioned all the means of his agency an the intelligence services to track her accomplices.[16]

George W Bush is not in Washington, but in Florida. With his General-Secretary Andy Card in a classroom waiting the moment to enter and has seen "an airplane that touched the tower - the TV was naturally on. (Bush is a precise man!) He talks about a "small airplane". But he is not upset by those horrible images, and requires not immediately information. No, Mr. President has said: "it has to be an awful accident. But  (than) I was taken along (to the classroom) and I have hardly had the time to think about it." (!!!) We will find Bush back at 9.02.

General Myers is at the Capitol, where he sees on TV the first hurt on the World Trade Center. "They thought a small airplane or something like that." Myers goes to the bureau of senator Max Cleyland, with who he has a date.

8.55     Flight 77 transponder cut off. The airplane is invisible for FAA, but not for military radar control - which is not mentioned, but must have remarked that flight 77 has made a turn and is flying backward. So all further information about this airplane is exclusively from military sources. Vice-president Dick Cheney later explains, "the terrorists have cut off the transponder. This is the reason why the first information was speaking about an airplane which should have crashed in Ohio, while that was not the case, sure".

             By a phone call from the airplane (should be flight 77) passenger Barbara Olson (CNN-star reporter) tells the airplane is hijacked, to her husband Theodore Olson, Solicitor general of the USA, very near to Bush-administration, essential support every time a difficulty is presenting. Pleaded the affair of Bush in High Court concerning the result of presidential elections in 2000, and vice-president Cheney who refused to transmit to Congress documents about the Enron-scandal.[17] Testimony of September 12^th.

             But on March 5^th 2002 Olson explains that: "It is possible to suppose that the airplane in which Barbara Olson was has crashed on the Pentagon. That stays nevertheless a supposition. His husband is convinced of it, but nothing in the evidence he has received lets understand it. Barbara Olson only indicates one thing: at 8.55, the airplane has not crashed but has been hijacked. That source does thus not confirm that the flight AA77 has directed itself (see lower!) to the federal capital, like affirms the army."

"For the rest is was not indispensable to have at one's disposal hijackers to realize those attacks. The Global Hawk technology, developed by U.S. Air Force, makes it possible to take the control of a commercial airplane in spite of the crew and to guide it on distance."

This seems to fit with the declaration of Bin Laden, who has said that the terrorists on board of the airplanes didn't know what would be their fate…

Mr. President Bush is still in the classroom in Florida. Andy Card comes back in the classroom and says: "A second airplane has crashed against the tower, America is attacked".[19]

Bush: "In fact /…/ in the beginning I didn't know what to think. /…/ You know, I have grown up in a time that never the idea has come up to me that America should can be attacked (despite the Cold-War Soviet-menace! - which was above all an American initiative[20]). And in that short meantime, I have begin to think intensely on what it signified to find himself attacked. And I knew that when I should have at my disposal all (confirming) facts that we were attacked, the price should be that of the hell to have lain violent hands on America (Applause)'. (Who does not break into a cold sweat hearing this mightiest man of the world?)

Myers is still in the bureau of senator Max Cleyland. When the second tower is hit: "Nobody has informed us about it."

9.09     Flight 77, Indianapolis control cannot make contact with flight 77, and points out a possible crash.

9.25     Dulles airport tower Danielle O'Brien warns a flying object is going at high speed to White House. The supervisor phones to WH that unidentified plane at very high speed aims WH. When it is at 3 miles from WH it turns (on radar screen), one thinks it can only be a fighter, than radar contact is lost.  Washington National Airport reports Pentagon has been hit.

Images of a surveying camera show the smoke track of a missile and the flames of the burst of explosives, and not of kerosene. No long living burst of flames, like on the Towers. The fire brigade will not use foam, but water to extinguish the fire.

General Myers and senator Max Cleyland (nobody has informed them about the hurt of the second Tower) go outside, and hear that the second Tower and also the Pentagon are hit. Only now Myers goes to the National Military Command Center, where the actions of September 11^th are coordinated.

             It will be NORAD that by the media shall be made responsible by NMCC and the media.

Only 4 witnesses give that day precisions. Principally is noted the sound of the engine: "a particular sound", "like a fighter", "like a missile", like "a heat-seeking missile". Others are speaking of "a small airplane able to contain between eight and twelve persons", or "an American Airlines Boeing", but they had seen or were looking on TV to the WTC-attacks.

It flew "very low", "extremely low" - but "relatively far from Pentagon" still at the level of the 14^th floor (maybe 13^th…).

Other witnesses, but on later days, when officials have said it was the Boeing of flight 77, confirm have seen a Boeing (of American Airlines).

The explosion and the colours of the flames are not those of petrol, but of explosives.

It could haven been a missile of the last generation, AGM-type. The Navy and the Air force developed it together. It is fired from an airplane. It can be so precise that it is able to enter by a window. (See lower.)

The airplane has been 'melted', even 'evaporated'. Nevertheless some have seen a landing gear, or black boxes, which are found only 3 days later.

"Quickly" the service of information of the army lets know it concerns a "commercial airplane probably hijacked". But on the first press conference (when?), the spokesman of defence department, the spokesman of the navy, the counter-admiral Craig Quigly, says not to dispose of information concerning what is only named as "the commercial airplane that must have been hijacked".

9.42     On TV are shown images of a fire in the Old Executive Building, annex of the White House. No information has ever been given about this fire, its importance, and neither the origin. A quarter of an hour later Secret Service orders to evacuate the Building, and Cheney will be kidnapped by Secret Service-men.

9.55       about, the first communiqué of Defence department mentions an "attack", but nothing about its nature.

At White House National Security consultant Condoleezza Rice knows only about "something" that hit Pentagon. "In the first hours of crisis /…/ the information one communicated us were rather extraordinary."

"Dick Cheney is not better informed. He explains that" the first reports about the attack of the Pentagon suggest an helicopter or a private jet".

10.00  Secret Service (protection of high personalities) warns White House and Air Force One (Bush's airplane) are menaced. Vice-president Cheney is literally kidnapped by two strong men and carried to the PEOC (Presidential Emergency Operations Center), the underground commandments-room under the White House.[21] The plan of Continuity of Government (CoG) is activated. The most important political leader, members of the government and of the Congress, is exfiltrated on safe places. Helicopters of the Marines bring them to two gigantic anti-atomic shelters: the High Point Special Facility (Mount Weather, Virginia) and the Alternate Joint Communication Center, called 'Site R' (Raven Rock Mountain, near Camp David); true underground towns, remaining from the cold War, designed to house thousands of persons."

One has to note "that the Secret Service has taken the upper hand on the political power. One has to note also that no anti-aircraft-defence comes in action against the menacing airplane.

Air Force One with Bush, on way to Washington, changes of heading, first to the base of Barksdale (Louisiana), than to Offutt (Nebraska). His is the seat of the US Strategic Command, the junction where the nuclear dissuading-force is working. Between the two bases the airplane is flying weaving on low level, accompanied by two fighters.

10.03° Flight 93, airline impact United Airlines from Newark to San Francisco (time Pennsylvania) (estimated 38 victims). In fact it is an airplane explosion in the air above Pennsylvania.

10.07  approx., the first who is speaking about an airplane is the Secretary of defence, Donald Rumsfeld. Just after the attack of Pentagon he left his bureau and when he came back, about half an hour later (so at about 10.07) he tells, "he was practical sure it concerned an airplane. He founded his opinion on the piece of wreck and on the thousands and thousands pieces of metal /…/ So it was he who was the first to tell us it was concerning probably an airplane."

18.00  Bush takes Air Force One to come back to Washington. End of the alarm for the high personalities.

20.30  Bush on TV explains that the USA, "the most brilliant headlight of Liberty and Progress in the world" has been taken as aiming point and "has seen the Evil, what is the worst in human nature", "Nevertheless we will continue to defend Liberty and all what is Good and Just in this world. Thanks. Good night, and may God bless America."

21.04  Henri Kissinger (accused of war-crimes) explains: "we not yet know of Ussama Ben Laden is the author of those actions /…/ has to pay an exorbitant price for that".[22]

Maybe an airplane of KLM Royal Dutch Airlines had been chosen as a fifth hijacking.[23] Here appears again a parallel between the American and Orange-'Royal Dutch'-multinationals.

On September 12^th the FBI has already established the modus operandi. Agents of the network of Bin Laden should have been introduced legally in the USA, and followed accelerated formation of piloting. Re grouped in 4 teams of 5 kamikazes they should have hijacked commercial airplanes with as mission to crash on major objectives.

On September 13^th the Senate hears General Richard Myers. His designation has to be confirmed, as has been foreseen since a long time. Myers is also questioned about the attacks. "On the moment of the first attack on World Trade Center, we have mobilized our crisis- team. That was immediately."

On September 14^th FBI publishes the nominative list of the 19 presumed hijackers. All are between 25 and 35 years old, Arabs and Muslim, for the most Saudi-Arabians. But the list is not trustable. The Saudi-Arabian embassy in Washington has confirmed that 4 of them are in good health. The Prince Saud al-Fayçal, Saudi minister of Foreign Affairs, declares to the press: "It is proven that five of the named persons in the list of FBI have not any link with what happened." [24] In 2002 a 20^th hijacker, a French Musli who was in jail on September 11^th, will be in judgment.

On September 15^th NORAD "produces a contradictory communiqué" /…/ NORAD should have been informed only of the hijacking of flight 77 at 9.22 h. and should have given immediately the order of take-off to two F-16's." Which took off at 9.30. But to late to prevent the crash. This version lets "bear all responsibility on the FAA, which should have waited twenty-five minutes before inform the military authorities. But it seems as unlikely concerning the military reactions."

Also on September 15^th Lee Evey, chief of the project of the Operation renovation of the Pentagon explains in a press conference, how the airplane has penetrated in the building, and how its (fragile) nose has perforated three ranks of construction. "Several experts has come to precise that official version", which is analysed with attention by the author Meyssan.

-"The absence of debris is explaining itself by the fact that the airplane has been pulverised when it has crashed into the building particularly resistant." Nevertheless the nose went through.

- "The disappearance of parts of the airplane particularly resistant, like the reactors or the brakes, is explained by the fact that the airplane has totally melted (by exception however of a headlight and the black boxes which haven been found three days later)."

- "The absence of hundred tons of melted metal is explained, as to it, by the fact that the fire has went beyond the 2500° provoking so the evaporation of the materials of the airplane (but not those of the building, nor of the headlight and the black boxes).

- "The presence of the last hole of 2,30 meters of diameter is explained by the fact that, in spite of all those proofs, the nose of the airplane had continued its mad race through three buildings. It is the conclusion of the chief of the project of the Operation renovation of the Pentagon."

Six months later FBI can almost reconstitute the airplane. "The pieces of the airplane are stocked in a warehouse and the are marked by the serial numbers of flight 77."[25]

The militaries are obliged to disparage themselves, "to let believe in their own incompetence. And every new step, every new question makes still more heavy the role of the army in the events."[26]Just like the British secret service SOE after the war was obliged to recognise "incompetence" and amateurism concerning the Englandspiel.

Economical interests are concerned. Student at University of Washington, Carlos Jiacinto, asks himself not about airplanes, but the "political-economical part", "why has Bush in May (2001) conceded 43 million dollar to the Taliban for the war against the drugs, that will say some months before the attacks"?" "He interrogates himself about the just foundation of financial transactions, the possibility of a crime of initiates and specially about the strategy of the enterprise UNOCAL to obtain the market of the construction of a pipeline in Afghanistan. What he difficult accepts, is the idea "that the taxpayers have paid for helping of the Taliban to pay next again to support the war efforts." The silence of the government Bush makes him angry, as well as the silences of the democratic opposition, and its representative in the Senate, Tom Dashle. Without clearly formulating the word "complot"."[27]

"Who could thus fire a missile of the last generation on the Pentagon? The answer is given by Ari Fleisher, spokesman of the White House, and by Karl Rove, General-Secretary of the White House, to journalists of the New York Times and of the Washington Post.

The Secret Service that morning had received a phone-call of the silent partners of the attack, probably to set their requirements. To credit their call, the attackers have revealed their secret codes of transmission and authentification of the presidency. Now, only some persons of confidence, situated on the top of the apparatus of the State could have at his disposal those codes. Consequently at least one of the silent partners of the attacks of September 11^th is one of those rulers, civil or military, of the United States of America."[28] "To credit the tale of the Islamic terrorists, the American authorities have imagined kamikazes."

18 days later Fleisher and Rove have denied their confidences, giving as an excuse that they had expressed themselves badly "under the shock of the emotion".[29]

On de hand of the showed elements "appears that the attacks of September 11^th are no to impute to foreign terrorists originating from the Arab-Islamic world - even when certain executants can be from the Islam -, but to American terrorists."

On September 12th the Security council of the United Nations has recognised in the Resolution 1368: "the right inherent to the individual or collective legitimate defence conforming to the Charter " and has specified: "The Security Council calls all States to work together to bring before the courts the authors, organizers and silent partners of those terrorist attacks and sub lines that those who bear the responsibility to help, support and house the authors, organisers and silent partners of those acts have to render an account."

The Security Council continues:

There should thus "have to be constituted an inquiry commission, of which the independence and the objectivity are guaranteed by the United Nations. That should also be the only way to conserve the international peace. Meanwhile, Your Greatness, Excellences, Ladies and Gentlemen, the foreign actions of the United States are lacking in legitimate foundation in international right, if it concerns their recent action in Afghanistan or their announced actions in Iran, Iraq and in numerous other countries." [30]

2002. May 16th. Cynthia McKinney, deputy of the United States, declares:

"Some weeks ago, I have asked a parliamentary inquiry aiming to establish which warnings the administration Bush had received before the terrorist attacks of September 11^th.

The White House and the spokesmen of the military-industrial complex mocked at me qualifying me as supporter of the theory of the complot." (Back cover)

Who profits of the crime?

Milliards of dollars are at stake. George Bush Sr., (former director of CIA, than president of the United States) is member of the shareholders of the Carlyle Group. Condoleeza Rice and Donald Rumsfeld were between its managers. This Group is on the 11^th place of the manufacturers of material of American Defence. It gives its support to Unical, responsible of the plan of the pipeline in Central Asia. Bush Sr. visited several times Saudi Arabia between 1998 and 2000, and should have met members of the family Ben Laden.[31]

An Anthrax track

Those with anthrax followed these attacks. Several persons, at newspapers, TV-chains and democratic parliamentarians, received letters in envelopes that contained that poison in form of powder. When inhaled, it can be mortal. In the autumn of 2001 five persons were killed.

An inquiry by FBI reveals in July 2002 that American researchers are aimed.

Several specialists have been questioned, between them M. Hatfill. FBI has arrested nobody, but from the end of November governmental persons had indicated the most probable track "A former collaborator of the White House, Barbara Rosenberg (!), was more precise." She found "that the responsible of those deaths had participated, and participate always, on the military programs of prevention against the bacteriologic arms." It could concern a variation of the pyromania fireman, "a scientific willing demonstrate the utility of his works. The suspicions have been concentrated on Fort Detrick, in the Maryland. From where could have been diverted the trunk of anthrax" utilised." "Suddenly, FBI has decided to let know that it had searched, June 25^th (2002), with its acknowledgment, the apartment of Steven Hatfill, situated at Frederick", depending of Fort Detrick. One of the reasons can be that FBI "seeks to distract the attention seeming to be interested in M. Hatfill, while its suspicions bear on somebody else."

M. Hatfill entered in 1975 in "an institute depending of the army in Fort Bragg, in North Carolina /…/he has been a member, at the same epoch, of the Special Air Service, one of the groups charges, within the armed forces in Rhodesia /…/ special operations against the guerrilla movements which fought than against the regime of Ian Smith." In Rhodesia Hatfill has followed medical studies at the school of Godfrey Huggins, and later in the school of medicine at the university of Stellenberg in South Africa, where "he took up with Eugene Terreblanche, the chief of a paramilitary neo-nazi organisation."

"Hatfill has he been involved in the operations which have resulted to start in Rhodesia, in 1978-1980, an epidemic of coal, which has touched several thousands African countrymen and on has killed near two hundred?" It is not sure, but at least one time bacteriological and bacteriological arms are used. Which was during those 15 years in Africa the status of Hatfill in the army? "Does a connection exist between the armed forces of the United States, or CIA, or elements that should have escaped from their control, and the specialised units which, in Southern Africa, were fighting against the liberation movements partly supported by the Soviet-Union?"

When Hatfill came back in the United States in 1995, he became researcher at the National Institutes of Health, a governmental organisation situated in the neighbourhood of Washington. He asked to work quickly on the bacteriologic arms, and came in 1997 in the unit of Fort Detrick. He stayed there only two years, while "he is indicated as by declarations, in the press, apparently destined to notice the public of the risk of the bio-terrorism. In 1999 he has joined a private enterprise, the Scientific Applications International (SIAC), supplier of the ministry of Defence in the field of the protection against the bacteriological arms (so doing, business for SIAC will be assured). By that way, he has conserved an accreditation permitting him to enter in certain military buildings, till the moment that it was retired of him, in August 2001 (what could have made him angry). Officially, for FBI, M. Hatfill is only an 'interesting person'. He is that in several ways, of which this one: in the capital of Rhodesia, Salisbury, (today Harare), he lived in the quarter of the university, called Greendale School. Greendale School is the address of the sender who figures on the envelops of anthrax sent to two senators."[32]

Profits

What are the practical profits of this whole B-Day operation for the US-multinationals?

July 17^th 2002. 100 milliard dollars can be engaged in the battle against terrorism - whatever that may be.

The costs in human lives in the terrorist attacks of September 11^th have only been not yet 3000 victims, for one time.

That isn't much, comparable to the 30 000 who starve every day since decennia to death by hunger, and the 300 000 who die in a year in the USA by eating too much. And to the 300 persons who are victims of the anti-personal mines every month in Afghanistan.[33][1]

Soon USA-President George W. Bush will obtain the 'Fast track'.

That means that Buffalo Bush will have the official authorisation to conclude himself international business agreements.

A real fast food to make profit for the multinational enterprises.

Royal Dutch collaboration

The majority of the gasoline stations in the USA are in hands of the 'Royal Dutch'/Shell, a Royal Dutch-British multinational enterprise. The Royal Dutch family, the House of Orange, is already since King William in the oil-business. The actual Queen Beatrix is president of the Bilderberg Group, founded in 1954 - to have at heart the American interests - by her father Prince Bernhard, a former SS-man. Bernhard had some problems when he sustained Lockheed. His daughter Beatrix is doing better. The Dutch parliament has agreed with the participation of Holland in the American Lockheed/Martin JSF-fighter.

Piping hot line of multinational business

Like we have sub lined: one of the planned pipelines has to be led, from the Black See, through Afghanistan and Pakistan. Today Afghanistan is 'liberated'. For the pipeline one from Russia through Afghanistan to Pakistan there are now no more obstacles. The important Arabian powers are all corrupted by the USA.

Another pipeline was in the picture.

On September 17^th 2002 have begun the works for a new pipeline.

This leads from Baku, in the former Soviet but now independent State of Georgia on the Caspian See - that is nearly collaborating with the American Army - to Seyhan (Adana) on the Mediterranean See, near the Syrian border. The deal is to break the monopoly on this oil of Russia and its president Putin and to exclude Iran in this affair. The construction will be made with sustain of the USA, and will cost 3 milliard euros.

In this oily-area only Iraq, governed by damned Saddam Hussein, is still an obstacle.

Buffalo Bush has declared to hate him.

We observed that for this purpose a pipeline of terrorism had to be constructed.

So now Iraq has to be 'liberated' - for the 'free' market.

Meanwhile the Russian oil company Lukoil has the plan to offer 6 % of its capital, 800 million dollar, at disposal of the private market.

Lukoil is the first Russian petroleum company, fourth or fifth in the world, with a quarter of the national production 120 000 employees. Its boss Vagit Alekperov, one of the mightiest men of the country will make it the most important of the world. In 2000 he acquired Getty Petroleum, "one of the legends of the American petroleum".[34]
